Refund Policy

No Refunds on Digital Products

All purchases made through Guidzo are for digital products that are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and made available for download, the transaction cannot be reversed, as the product has already been delivered and accessed.

Before You Purchase

We encourage all customers to make informed purchasing decisions. Before buying, please:

  • Carefully review the product description, preview images, and specifications
  • Check the "What's Included" section for file formats and deliverables
  • Verify software compatibility requirements listed on the product page
  • Review the product dimensions and technical specifications
  • Read the License Agreement to understand usage rights

Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges — if you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
  • Corrupted or undeliverable files — if the purchased files are corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe
  • Significantly misrepresented products — if the product is materially different from what was described and previewed on the product page

Exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first may result in permanent suspension of your Guidzo account and loss of access to all purchased products. We encourage you to reach out to us first to resolve any issues.

Free Products

Products marked as "Free" require only account registration to download. Since no payment is involved, refund policies do not apply to free products.
