License Agreement

1. Overview

This License Agreement ("License") governs your use of digital products purchased from Guidzo ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing and downloading any product, you agree to the terms of this License.

All Guidzo products are sold with a Commercial License unless otherwise specified on the product page.

2. What You Can Do

Permitted uses:

• Use the product in unlimited personal projects
• Use the product in unlimited commercial projects for yourself or your clients
• Modify, adapt, or customize the product to suit your needs
• Use the product in end products that you sell to end users (e.g., client websites built with our templates)
• Use the product in physical and digital end products
• Use the product in projects for multiple clients (no per-client license needed)

3. What You Cannot Do

Prohibited uses:

• Resell the product — you may not sell, license, sublicense, or distribute the original product files or any derivative that could serve as a substitute
• Redistribute the product — you may not share, give away, or make the product files available for download by others, whether for free or for a fee
• Include in competing products — you may not use the product to create a competing product or template marketplace offering
• Claim ownership — you may not claim the original product design as your own or remove any embedded attribution
• Use in AI/ML training — you may not use the product files to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models

4. Single User License

Each license is granted to one individual or one business entity. If multiple team members need access to the product files, each must purchase a separate license. The licensee may use the product on multiple devices they personally own.

5. Intellectual Property

All products remain the intellectual property of Guidzo and its creators. This license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product. Guidzo retains all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the product.

6. Warranty & Liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Guidzo is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.

7. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. We may terminate this License if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy any copies in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
